What does the app do?
The app is a single inbox for all your QuickBooks Online bills and receipts. Key information like the contact name, invoice date and total is automatically extracted from pdf invoices and smartphone pictures. This data can be exported into QuickBooks Online in the form of a bill, expense or vendor credit.

Connect to QuickBooks Online
- Click on your company name (top left) and select Add Company
- Click on Connect to QuickBooks Online
Disconnect from QuickBooks Online
- Click on your company name (top left) and select Company Settings
- Click Disconnect
