Every account comes with a dedicated email address. Attachments forwarded to this email address will show up in the inbox for that company. If no file is attached to an email, the app will convert the email text into a PDF file. The PDF file containing the email contents can then be exported into the connected accounting software.
The email to pdf conversion can be configured under
Company Settings > Preferences > Email To PDF
The following parameters can be configured:
- Page Size: A4 or Letter
- Layout: Portrait or Landscape
- Scale: Can be a value between 10% and 200%
Hint: If parts of the email text are cut off or the font size is too big try changing the scale from 100% to 80%.
